Submit your project

The 8th edition of IDEAS4WOOD came to a close on 16 July with an awards ceremony held in the prestigious Auditorium Testori at Palazzo Lombardia, followed by a Gala Dinner at the Belvedere on the building’s 39th floor. Recognized as the leading international competition dedicated to wood, IDEAS4WOOD has a strong educational mission: to promote knowledge of wood and encourage its use as a noble, living, and renewable material capable of inspiring the next generation of designers.

The awards ceremony was attended not only by representatives of the organizing companies and sponsors, but also by leading figures from the institutional and wood-furniture sectors, including Alessandro Fermi, Regional Minister for Universities, Research and Innovation of Lombardy, Claudio Feltrin, President of Assarredo, and Paolo Fantoni, President of Assopannelli.

Organized by Tabu – the Cantù-based company internationally recognized for its expertise in natural wood dyeing and multilaminar wood technology – and held under the patronage of FederlegnoArredo, FSC Italia, PEFC Italia, and ADI, the competition once again confirmed its international appeal, attracting around 500 entries submitted by participants from 20 different countries.
