ERODESCAPE, Kengo Kuma for Franchi Umberto Marmi

stthumb2

Lightness and solidity for the stunning artwork Erodescape, developed by the collaboration of Michele Cazzani of Archizero with worldwide known architect Kengo Kuma and created in white Carrara marble thanks to the unparalleled experience of Franchi Umberto Marmi. The sculpture, that challenges the limits of this material and features cavities and roughness determining a topography of the “eroded”, was presented in September at the Exhibition Lithic Vertigo in Verona.
